BresicWhitney has been announced as the inaugural Real Estate Partner of Sydney Contemporary, Australasia's leading contemporary art fair. The announcement marks a new chapter in our ongoing support of Sydney's cultural community, and lands as the fair celebrates its tenth anniversary.

Sydney Contemporary brings together more than 100 galleries and artists from across Australia and New Zealand, spanning painting, sculpture and works on paper. The program extends further still, with Photo Sydney, Installation Contemporary, Performance Contemporary and a dedicated Talks series rounding out the fair's reach.

BresicWhitney has an established history of supporting Sydney's creative communities, from local initiatives to partnering with acclaimed state institutions.

The Sydney Contemporary partnership builds on ground already laid, with BresicWhitney previously serving as an ambassador for the fair. The expanded role brings digital and on-site branding, exclusive hospitality, ticketing and content into the fold, connecting two audiences that are engaged, active and closely aligned.

BresicWhitney CEO Will Gosse says supporting Sydney's arts and cultural communities remains a fixed priority for the group. "Sydney is shaped by its culture, and we've always seen our role as being an active part of that, not just observers of it."

"The partnership allows us to celebrate the artists, galleries and individuals dedicated to bringing Sydney Contemporary to life, while offering meaningful experiences for our people and clients."

Zoe Paulsen, Fair Director of Sydney Contemporary, welcomed BresicWhitney into the role. "As Sydney Contemporary celebrates its 10th edition, we're proud to welcome BresicWhitney as our inaugural Real Estate Partner. Art and real estate go hand in hand because both are ultimately about creating a sense of place, connection, and identity. We both recognise the important role creativity plays in shaping great cities and communities. This partnership reflects a shared commitment to supporting Sydney's cultural landscape while helping us connect more people with the artists, galleries and ideas that define contemporary art today."

Sydney Contemporary is presented in partnership with MA Financial Group, running from 3rd to 6th September, 2026.
